Menopause & Perimenopause
Real answers.Real relief.
Hot flashes are only part of the story. Perimenopause can begin years before your last period and show up as broken sleep, new anxiety, brain fog, joint aches, and weight that won't budge. Too often each symptom is treated on its own, or waved away. We look at the whole picture.

Why it gets missed
You deserve better than “everything looks fine.”
Symptoms that cross specialties are easy to explain away one at a time. In Misdiagnosed, Dr. Adam Sewell shows how asking better questions changes the answer.

Questions
Menopause care, answered
Still wondering if this is right for you? Start with a few details and we’ll guide the next step.
Am I too young for perimenopause?
Perimenopause most often starts in your 40s, and for some women in the late 30s. If your symptoms fit the pattern, age alone isn’t a reason to rule it out.
Is hormone therapy safe?
For many healthy women under 60, or within about 10 years of menopause, current guidance finds the benefits often outweigh the risks. Your clinician reviews your personal and family history before recommending anything.
Do I need lab tests?
Perimenopause is mainly diagnosed from your symptoms and history, because hormone levels swing day to day. Labs are still useful to rule out look-alikes such as thyroid problems or anemia.
Can I keep my regular doctor?
Yes. We work alongside your primary care provider and can share your care plan with them if you’d like.
Is care available in my state?
We’ll confirm availability for your state as soon as you get started.
